No <br />formal action was taken by the Council. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 8 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code by renaming Chapter 8 from “Micromobility Devices and <br />Operations” to “Electric Mobility Device, Non-Motorized Mobility Device, and Bicycle <br />Regulations”, repealing Articles I through III and replacing them with a new Article I, and <br />renumbering Article IV to Article II. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> <br />10.
