The Vision <br />Framework synthesizes information gathered from the project team’s existing conditions analysis and <br />initial community input and proposes a cohesive, overarching set of concepts to spark a community <br />conversation about the future of Redwood City’s Greater Downtown area. The project team will use this <br />input to refine the GDAP vision and develop the Plan’s detailed policy and design recommendations in the <br />months ahead. <br />The draft Vision Framework focuses on the topic areas summarized below. The presentation slides <br />(included as Attachment A) provide key additional context and details on each of the primary topic <br />areas and should be considered in tandem with this staff report. <br />12.A. - Page 3 of 69 <br />222
