The City Council may choose not to approve the agreement and direct staff to modify it or rebid the <br />project. This would significantly delay the installation of new parking access equipment within the <br />garages and incur increased maintenance expenses on the current system. <br />2. The City Council may choose not to approve the agreement and direct staff to maintain the existing <br />parking access and revenue control system.
