REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />EnSight Plates is the advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) module included in our <br />proposed solution to integrate with Redwood City’s Gateless Parking Access and <br />Revenue Control System (PARCS). Powered by machine learning, EnSight Plates <br />delivers industry-leading LPR accuracy, ensuring reliable and efficient performance for <br />parking management. This upgrade module seamlessly integrates with our existing <br />platform to support the city’s vision for a streamlined, gateless parking ecosystem. <br />EnSight Plates is an expansion software module that enables the EnSightful Ecosystem <br />the ability to incorporate automated License Plate Recognition (LPR). Adding these data <br />elements to the Ecosystem enables parking operators access to additional data layers <br />and increased business intelligence that pairs well with parking guidance and parking <br />occupancy management. As an additional layer to EnSight Eyes, as parkers enter <br />transaction zones the EnSight FLI Software will begin tracking the vehicle as they enter. <br />Once the Vehicle enters the capture zone, EnSight Plates will scan and process the <br />license plate image to record the license plate "LP" ID.
