REV: 01-05-26 LR
ď‚·Data/Network
o The Flowbird POF Kiosks (and the Access S5 Devices) are set up for wired
CAT6 Ethernet as the Primary network connection.
o In the event that the Wired Ethernet connection is severed, then the
Flowbird Kiosks automatically switch over to the 4G LTE Modem for
backup communications without interruptions to patrons using the
machines.
o Flowbird provides all hosting of pay stations and mobile payment data in
secure data centers. This means that clients do not have to procure or
maintain servers. Flowbird monitors data centers 24/7 to ensure high
availability.
o Flowbird cloud systems are SOC2 fully compliant with fully redundant data
center pathways and mirrored backup databases. Flowbird can submit this
documentation as well as a Disaster Recovery Plan for cloud systems if
requested. Local on-machine storage is not performed as the backup
redundancy of the system keeps units fully operational.
o The Flowbird POF Kiosks sync clock time to the cloud servers during every
transaction that occurs on the machine. If the machine is in idle mode, then
the POF Kiosks sync to the cloud servers every 10 minutes.
o The theater will provide the network connection and ISP connection for the
Access S5 devices.
o Before or during the installation the Flowbird technician will measure the
signal strength with a Squid-device to determine the best communication
ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 150 of 167)
