The Flowbird terminal is certified to use AT&T, T-Mobile or <br />Verizon. <br />Product Design <br />o The CWT Pay Station is installed around the world in many different <br />climates for outdoor use. It has been deployed from cold weather cities <br />like Chicago, wet cities like Portland, and extreme hot weather locations <br />like Death Valley National Park. <br />o The CWT has a color touchscreen technology. The CWT screens are <br />readable under all daytime and nighttime lighting conditions. This includes <br />direct sunlight, fog and various angles, (e.g., a taller person views the <br />screen at a different angle than a shorter person.) The CWT outer display <br />Lexan glass has an anti-glare coating to reduce glare and heat build-up on <br />the display. Flowbird will customize the screen flow for the City to display <br />select information, e.g. rates, days/times of operation, step-by-step <br />transaction process, and special messaging such as holidays and special <br />events. <br />o The CWT pay station is ADA compliant. All necessary buttons are below <br />48” from the ground. <br />o Pay stations offer multi-lingual support, with Spanish and Simplified <br />Chinese in addition to English. <br />o The CWT keypad is displayed on the touchscreen. This feature will <br />eliminate some of the common issues with physical keypads such as wear <br />and tear, corrosion, vandalism, and loose contact. The keypad can be <br />customized. QWERTY format is the standard setting. <br />o The CWT pay station cabinet is made with 304 stainless steel which adds <br />protection against corrosion to many chemical corrodents, industrial <br />atmospheres and marine environments. A graffiti-resistant powder coating <br />is applied to the inside and outside of the cabinet. This provides additional <br />protection against the elements, including human (vandalism) and <br />environmental (weather). The powder coating makes it easier to remove <br />unwanted paint, marker tags and adhesive materials. The CWT has a 4- <br />Point locking solution ensuring maintenance and collections teams have <br />access to the appropriate cabinet section. The upper section, lower <br />section, collection door and vault are keyed differently. The upper and <br />lower compartment doors have 4 locking hooks that connect the door to <br />the compartment. Manual and electronic locks are supported. Credit card <br />reader is recessed, prohibiting skimming devices from being attached. <br />o Door hinges and seams are internal and tight to prevent the CWT from <br />being pried open. Locks and bolts are out of public sight. When the cabinet <br />door is opened and/or coin box is removed the meter will send a <br />notification to all valid recipients via text message or email. The coin box <br />can only be opened with a collection key and is closed to the collector. <br />Vibration and shock sensors are offered as an option.
