This section includes provision of all material, labor, equipment, documentation, <br />services, and training necessary to furnish, install, support, and maintain a new, <br />fully integrated, online, real-time, Multi-Space Meter (MSM) system functioning <br />as described herein for the Jefferson, Marshall, and Winslow Garages of the <br />City of Redwood City, CA (“Owner”), located as shown on Drawings. This MSM <br />system is part of a larger project to convert these three garages from gated to <br />ungated operation. <br />B. Work consists of a prime contractor (“Contractor”), along with additional <br />subcontractors as needed, providing: <br />1. Demolish and remove the current barrier gates, entry stations, exit <br />stations, payment kiosks, and selected static signage, as defined in <br />Drawings Contractor is to dispose of or destroy all such equipment as <br />specified in Specification 011100.] <br />2. Prepare the site as needed for new MSM installation, as defined in <br />Drawings. <br />3. Furnish all required equipment and software for the new MSM system, as <br />defined in this Specification, and complete the MSM hardware installation <br />work. <br />4. Install all MSM device/system Software as required, and provision, <br />activate, configure, integrate, test, and turnover for production the entire <br />MSM system. <br />5. Provide ongoing operational support and service of the new system, <br />including both hardware repair and software support. <br />C. System Description <br />1. The system includes: <br />a. In the Jefferson Garage, (1) cash/credit card and two (2) credit card <br />only MSMs, located as shown on Drawings. <br />b. In the Marshall Garage, (1) cash/credit card and one (1) credit card <br />only MSMs, located as shown on Drawings. <br />c. In the Winslow Garage, one (1) credit card only MSM, located as <br />shown on Drawings. <br />d. Meter Management System (MMS), including administrative user <br />interface and terminal or PC, as further described below. <br />e.
