Provide the capability to <br />program the proximity card to provide access control to the Winslow <br />Garage, including control of the existing rolling overhead door when <br />that door is in the “down” position. See further description of the <br />required functionality below. <br />n. Furnish and install all necessary “headend” components such as <br />servers, controllers, network switches, and UPS units, as further <br />detailed below. <br />o. All necessary components and materials for a complete and <br />functioning turnkey MSM system as identified in this specification. <br />1.4 DESIGN CRITERIA <br />A. Accuracy: Provide the following minimum accuracy levels. Calculate accuracy <br />by dividing the accurate counts/calculations by all counts/calculation. <br />1. Fee calculation: 100% <br />2. Revenue amounts: 100% <br />3. Data received and accepted by computer system as valid: 100% <br />4. Data transmission: Less than one message re-transmission per hour. <br />B. Equipment Construction: Design and construct all components and equipment <br />with the following: <br />1. Durable vandal and weather resistant cabinets, which maintain finish, look, <br />integrity and functionality in the environment in which installed for a period <br />of ten years. <br />a. Mounting holes accessible only from inside of cabinets. <br />b.
