Price includes the provision of all material, labor, equipment, and services <br />necessary to furnish, install, activate, configure, test, turnover, support and <br />maintain a fully integrated MSM system as outlined herein. <br />1. Examine site <br />a. Identify in writing any constraints or conflicts regarding MSM <br />installation. <br />b. Include cost, in writing, of rectifying such constraints or conflicts in <br />Price Proposal. <br />B. Extended Hardware Maintenance and Software Support: <br />1. Provide annual pricing for Maintenance, Service, and Parts Contract after <br />two-year warranty: <br />a. A separate contract awarded for Maintenance, Service and parts that <br />would commence with expiration of two-year warranty period. <br />b. Provide annual pricing for five (5) years after initial two-year warranty <br />period (total of seven years). <br />1.6 SIGNAGE <br />A. Furnish and install sign poles and MSM signage which to advise customers to <br />pay at the meter or by phone, and to locate the meters. Final sign content, <br />quantity, color, and design to be coordinated with and approved by Owner. <br />B. Furnish and install sign poles and install instructional PbC signs provided by PbC <br />vendor. <br />C. Utilize rust-resistant 8-foot U-channel sign posts. <br />D. Utilize 18” by 24” retro-reflective, rigid aluminum signs. <br />1.7 ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Coordination: <br />1. Make available to Owner within 45 days after award of contract all <br />installation diagrams, installation instructions, details, shop drawings, riser <br />diagrams, and templates required to describe the plans for installing, <br />setting, anchoring and/or mounting, and connecting all MSMs including but <br />not limited to any required servers, network switches, etc. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 34 of 167)
