REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />2. Apply for and obtain any construction permits as required by Owner prior to <br />start of work. Cost of permits will be reimbursed by Owner at actual cost. <br />3. Provide resources both remotely and on-site as needed during the <br />installation period to ensure the MSM equipment is properly installed. <br />4. Coordinate interfaces with any other systems by others, including but not <br />limited to Local Area Network, PbC vendor, etc. <br />B. Pre-Installation Meeting: Conduct meeting at project site fourteen (14) days in <br />advance of time scheduled for work to proceed to review requirements and <br />conditions that could interfere with successful performance. All parties concerned <br />with installation, including communications, electrical and concrete work, or others <br />who are required to coordinate work are required to attend. Include Owner or <br />Owner’s Representative. At a minimum, cover: <br />1. Concrete work, as needed. <br />2. Electrical work, as needed. <br />3. Review schedule. <br />4. Review testing and acceptance procedures. <br />C. Coordinate data communication, internet connectivity, and network requirements <br />with Owner or Owner’s IT Representative. <br />D. Coordinate PCI/P2PE compliant installation of system with Owner or Owner’s <br />designated representative for PCI Compliance. <br />E. Substantial Completion: A certificate of substantial completion will be provided <br />when the following requirements have been satisfied: <br />1. All systems, features, and communications have passed the final <br />acceptance testing per Section 3.2 of this document. <br />2. Certification of PCI compliance. <br />3. All spare parts, stock material and manuals are on site and have been <br />approved. <br />4. All test checklists, documentation and training has been completed. <br />F. Final Acceptance: Final Acceptance will occur upon satisfactory completion of all <br />work, tests, demonstrations, and training specified herein as well as successful <br />completion of thirty-day operational test per Section 3.2 of this document. <br />1.8 PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS - TO BE INCLUDED WITH RESPONSE <br />A.
