REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />1.9 POST-AWARD INFORMATIONAL AND CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. All submittal approvals, comments and rejections will be returned to the <br />Contractor by the Owner’s designated representative with requests for <br />resubmittal as appropriate. Resubmit as required until submittal is approved by <br />the Owner’s designated representative. <br />B. Distribute to the Owner within 45 days after award of contract submittals <br />containing all installation diagrams, installation instructions, details, shop <br />drawings, riser diagrams, and templates required for installing, setting, <br />anchoring and/or mounting, and connecting all MSMs including but not limited <br />to any required servers, network switches, etc. <br />C. Equipment Manuals to be submitted 14 days prior to commencement of testing, <br />per section 3.3. <br />D. Acceptance Test Plans to be submitted for review by Owner at least 30 days prior <br />to commencement of such testing, <br />E. Samples: Submit samples of reports, receipts, and other items to be selected by <br />Owner within 30 days of contract. <br />1.10 MAINTENANCE MATERIAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. Stock: Furnish the following operating stock items prior to commencement of <br />operational testing. <br />1. Ten rolls of receipt paper per MSM. Owner must approve color and artwork <br />of receipts. <br />B. Lock and Key Requirements: <br />1. Identical locks and keys for all like equipment but unique to this project so <br />that keys from other projects will not provide access. <br />2. Provide Owner with three (3) sets of maintenance keys. <br />3. If a special tool is required to perform any function or maintenance, provide <br />three (3) of these tools. <br />1.11 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. All components and installation to comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, <br />and regulations of public authorities having jurisdiction over this part of the work. <br />It is the responsibility of the Contractor to meet these and all other current <br />technical, performance, and safety standards that are applicable to all <br />components and to the entire system, even when not specifically referenced. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 39 of 167)
