REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />1. Provide continual software updates at no additional fees for the life of the <br />contract. <br />2. Provide field programmable functions of each meter from MMS (password <br />protected), including rate structures (from MMS only), with all programming <br />changes reported in daily log. <br />3. Maintain a secure connection while active, and automatically log-off after <br />programmable period of inactivity. <br />4. Remote access to MMS over standard TCP/IP connection (may use web <br />browser-based applications). <br />5. Browser-based user-interface modules utilize client/server technology or <br />equivalent. The following general requirements apply to all components or <br />modules: <br />a. Windows-based graphical user interface. <br />b. Allow for both standard and custom report formats. <br />c. Adequate security to allow for different classifications of users. <br />6. System back-up in less than three hours. <br />7. Provide all updates to the MMS, to ensure full compatibility with the meters <br />and the system, at no additional cost to the Owner for the life of any contract <br />relating to the meters. <br />8. Integrate with Fixed LPR system and Citation Management System to <br />obtain LPN’s of entering and exiting vehicles and associate this information <br />with payments made before arrival, upon arrival within grace period, and <br />upon arrival but after grace period and calculate the appropriate rate. <br />9. Integrate with Owner’s PbC provider for combined payment and financial <br />reporting. <br />10. If any of the software is cloud-based and provided on a Software as a <br />Service (SaaS) basis, Contractor is to document in the Proposal their SaaS <br />licensing terms and conditions, and the options and costs for a multi-year <br />license for terms ranging from 2 (two) up to 10 (ten) years in length. <br />Furthermore, if any component of the system is cloud-based and provided <br />on a SaaS basis, Contractor is to describe in their Proposal what occurs in <br />terms of system and feature functionality if Owner chooses not to renew <br />SaaS-based licensing. <br />F. Security <br />1. Utilize protocols and passwords that prevent unauthorized access to <br />software and hardware and manipulation of data and reports, including <br />individual transactions. <br />2.
