REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />L. MSM Reports: Provide the following ASCII file reports which can be displayed on <br />a monitor or printed on a printer: <br />1. Daily Event Log - A listing of any changes to the system and users who <br />made the changes, system alarms and system log on/log offs. <br />2. Meter alarms and repair activity sortable by time, date, meter, operator, <br />and/or type of alarm. <br />3. Maintenance history report of each meter. <br />4. Transaction Report - A listing of each transaction processed by the MSM, <br />including and sortable by: <br />a. Time/date/day of week. <br />b. Duration. <br />c. Payment amount. <br />d. Payment amount adjustments due to usage of validations. <br />e. Card type. <br />f. Plate number. <br />5. Daily Summary Report - A daily summary of all MSM activity, including daily <br />grand totals of Transaction Report data. <br />6. Monthly Summary Report – A monthly summary of all MSM activity, <br />including monthly grand totals of Transaction Report data. <br />7. Parking Value/Type Report - Stratification based upon the value of <br />transactions processed by payment type, provided for each rate structure. <br />This report is used for revenue analysis, rate analysis, management <br />planning, and statistical information. <br />8. Revenue Report – Total revenue for a selected timeframe, including and <br />field sortable by: <br />a. Time of day. <br />b. Plate number. <br />c. Card type. <br />d. Duration. <br />9. MSM Usage Reports sortable by: <br />a. Time of day. <br />b. MSM <br />c. Plate number. <br />d. Card type. <br />e. Duration of time. <br />10. Add-time report – Provide a list of transactions conducted by same <br />customer, to add time at the meter, using ID code. <br />11. Pre-payment report – Provide a list of transactions conducted in advance of <br />the session start time. <br />12.
