Rate Structure: <br />1. Remote programming of MSM parking rates, with rate tables in a windows <br />format and easily changed by the Owner. <br />2. Day, evening, night, and weekend rates. <br />3. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual permit parking rates. <br />4. Grace periods (i.e., 15 minutes free) <br />5. Support the ability to allow advance payment (before arrival) as an Owner- <br />selectable option and with settable limits on how many such advance <br />payments are allowed and how far in advance. <br />6. Validation values (full and partial) <br />7. Flat rates for events. <br />8. Holiday rates. <br />9. Residential permit rates. <br />10. Allow for initial payment and/or adding time at any MSM in system. <br />11. Provide a unique ID code to enable customers to add time to their <br />transaction. <br />12. Programmable time slots as small as ten minutes. <br />13. User defined maximums (2-hour, 4-hour, 12-hour, 24-hour, etc.) <br />14. Submit the minimum number of programmable time slots per day and per <br />week. <br />15. Ability to program any subset of meters using any combination of standard <br />and user-defined filters and an effective date. <br />16. Automatic adjustment for Daylight Savings Time and leap year in fee <br />calculations. <br />2.2 MULTI-SPACE METER (MSM) <br />A.
