Define individual user and group-based security. <br />b. Ability to assign a unique user ID and password for each person <br />authorized to use system. <br />c. Ability to establish an expiration period for passwords and periodically <br />change that password for each authorized user ID. <br />d. Ability to disable a user ID following successive log-on failures <br />exceeding a specific limit. <br />e. Ability to view and report user and group level security rights and <br />create user-defined fields. <br />f. Ability to de-activate codes for former users and internal and external <br />customers. <br />3. Provide Owner with a complete list of initial installation administrator <br />usernames and passwords for all authorized users. <br />4. Monitor the transmission of repeated messages that may indicate possible <br />problems with the system. <br />5. Display abnormal status conditions as a visual alarm on the workstation <br />screen, accompanied by an audible alarm. <br />a. The display continues to flash until the abnormal condition is <br />corrected. The audible alarm continues until turned off by operator. <br />b. Record the abnormal status condition and the acknowledgement of <br />the alarm, including time, workstation and operator. <br />2.2 CAMERAS <br />A. Ability to capture plate images for parallel and diagonally parked vehicles and <br />moving vehicles. <br />B. Ability to read reflective and non-reflective license plates. <br />C. Ability to take still pictures. <br />D. Ambient lighting conditions have no effect on the accuracy of the LPR system <br />regardless of the time of the day and night. Provide any necessary shading or <br />lighting elements required to mitigate the effect of the ambient lighting conditions <br />on the LPR system performance. <br />E. Perform all optical character recognition. <br />F. RF shielded camera cables. <br />G.
