REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />F. Contractor is to receive all equipment at deliver site or project site. Owner is not <br />to receive, unload, or otherwise participate in delivery of equipment. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 LPR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LCMS) <br />A. Microprocessor controlled, in on-line, virtual real-time communication. In event of <br />failure during communication, an error-checking and recovery routine is <br />employed to prevent corruption of data. <br />B. Hosted system, capable of operating with proper user ID and password, to all <br />authorized users. <br />1. Provide continual software updates at no additional fees for the life of the <br />contract. <br />2. Maintain a secure connection while active, and automatically log-off after <br />programmable period of inactivity. <br />3. Remote access to LCMS over standard TCP/IP connection (may use web <br />browser-based applications). <br />4. Browser-based user-interface modules utilize client/server technology or <br />equivalent. The following general requirements apply to all components or <br />modules: <br />a. Graphical user interface. <br />b. Allow for both standard and custom report formats. <br />c. Adequate security to allow for different classifications of users. <br />5. System back-up in less than three hours. <br />6. Provide any and all updates to the LCMS at no additional cost to the Owner <br />for the life of any contract. <br />C. Accurately enforce/match scanned vehicle license plates via an integration to the <br />Pay-by-Plate (PbP) Multi-Space Parking Meter (MSM) System and Citation <br />Management System (CMS) such as by: <br /> <br />1. Hourly/Daily Parkers <br />2. Monthly/Contract Parkers <br />3. Tow, boot or seizure eligible registrations <br />4. City, state, and federal stolen vehicle license plates <br />5. Previously scanned vehicles for time limit violations <br />6. Authorized “allowed list” vehicle license plates <br />7. BOLO vehicle license plates <br />D.
