REV: 01-13-26 MI <br />Calculate an estimate of property tax revenue anticipated to be <br />received for the current fiscal year by the City based upon the initial <br />information provided by the County and subject to modification. This <br />estimate shall not be used to secure the indebtedness of the City. <br />Analyses based on geo areas designated by the City to include <br />assessed valuations and square footage computations for use in <br />economic analysis and community development planning. <br />Tracking of Proposition 8 reductions and restorations <br />Median sale price data for current year and prior years for <br />comparison <br />Five-year budget projections for the city general fund and special <br />districts. This report is interactive for tax modeling. <br />Newsletter summary for public and elected distribution. <br />Successor Agency Services <br />Consultant shall provide Successor Agency Services including but not <br />limited to: <br />Annual tax increment projections <br />Cash flow analysis for the Successor Agency by Project Area <br />Review of Redevelopment Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) <br />as requested. <br />Monitor the County distribution of tax-sharing revenues to the taxing <br />entities of the former redevelopment agency. <br />Coordinate, as needed, with the Auditor-Controller the relationship <br />between the tax-sharing, debt service and other obligations of former <br />redevelopment agency. <br />Prepare, as requested, estimates of pass through and residual <br />revenue payments to the City and City sub-entities, if any. <br />Monthly/Quarterly Reports and System Updates <br />Consultant shall provide the following monthly/quarterly reports: <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
