OFFICE OF ASSESSOR -COUNTY CLERK - RECORDER & ELECTIONS COUNTY OF SAN MATEO 1. Initial Site and IT Survey MARK CHURCH CHIEF ELECTIONS OFFICER & ASSESSOR -COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER Access to the facility will be required for an Election survey team to take as -built measurements and verify IT connectivity options. To test and confirm the internet connection, we will revisit your facility 4 to 10 weeks prior to the voting period. 2. Deployment and Recovery Days Access to the Facility will be required for four (4) hours for voting equipment Deployment and four (4) hours for voting equipment Recovery work. Vote Center staff or other Elections personnel will be onsite for both occasions, Please ensure the room is clear of any furniture or obstacles prior to our team's arrival.
