Vote Center Personnel Access <br />MARK CHURCH <br />CHIEF ELECTIONS OFFICER & <br />ASSESSOR -COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER <br />Please describe how our staff can gain access to your facility on a daily basis during the Vote Center's <br />operational period (i.e. keys, access codes, automatic building opening & closing times, badges, etc.): <br />Staff will be available to provide access to Vote Center personnel during all hours of operation, including <br />opening and closing operations. Temporary parking permits will be issued to Vote Center personnel and must <br />be returned following the Vote Center's operational period. <br />Can the Vote Center room at your facility be locked when Elections Staff are not present? ❑✓ Yes ❑ No <br />If No, then is there a nearby lockable room for storage of electronic equipment that's at least <br />10 square feet outside of Vote Center operating hours? ❑ Yes ❑ No <br />How will Vote Center personnel access the locked area? <br />Staff will be available to unlock the Community Room. <br />4.
