REV: 01-16-26 LR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide parking permit management and processing services to the City <br />for a one-year period, providing one-time services with one-time fees, monthly services <br />with monthly fees, and per-permit services with per-permit fees, as listed below and <br />described in Table 1: <br />One-time services consist of the One Time Startup Cost, the Hosted ticketPRO <br />ALPR API for OmniQ (OmniQ ALPR) One Time Fee, and 2 group emails to permit <br />holders charged per email. Subject, content, and timing of the group emails will be <br />based on the City’s needs and determination. <br />Monthly services consist of the Monthly Service/Cloud-Hosting Fee and the Hosted <br />ticketPRO ALPR API for OmniQ (OmniQ ALPR) Monthly Fee. <br />Per-permit fees consist of the digital/virtual/physical permit fee, account/permit <br />review services fee, and fulfillment services fee, all of which are charged per permit <br />issued. <br />Services cover all items required for setup and operations of parking permit management <br />and processing for one year, including system setup, hosting, permit issuance, group <br />email communications, and integration with the City’s OmniQ automated license plate <br />recognition (OmniQ ALPR) system. The total not-to-exceed amount for these services will <br />be Twenty Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($20,150.00) for the first year as <br />described in Table 1, which covers an amount of up to, but not exceeding, one thousand <br />(1,000) permits and two (2) group emails to permit holders, which represents the <br />maximum anticipated volume under this not-to-exceed agreement. <br />Schedule: Launch the online Redwood City permit platform by February 2026. Process <br />and administer permits from February 2026 to January 2027. <br />Payment: Consultant shall invoice the City monthly for all services provided under this <br />Agreement. Each invoice shall itemize all charges for the applicable billing period, <br />including one-time fees (if applicable), monthly fees, and any per-permit or per-email fees, <br />and shall include sufficient detail to show the basis for each charge (such as the number <br />of permits issued and group emails sent during the billing period). <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.349/TurboData Systems, Inc.
