REV: 02-03-26 VR <br />The Consultant shall plan and facilitate a one-hour post-offsite debrief meeting with <br />City representatives. <br />These tasks will be repeated, per the agreed timeline, for offsites in spring (anticipated in March) <br />and summer (anticipated in August) 2026.
