Receive the Mills Act Contract Update and provide feedback; and <br />2. Approve Historic Resources Advisory Committee Work Plan for Fiscal Years 2025-26 <br />and 2026-27. <br />The motion passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> 9.A. Redwood City Historic Landmark designation and Historic Preservation Agreement <br />(Mills Act Contract) for 731 Edgewood Road, 839 Blandford Boulevard, 979 Arlington <br />Road, and Mills Act Contract only for 1018-1020 Main Street Reso 16373 <br /> Reso 16374 <br /> Reso 16375 <br /> Reso 16376 <br />Senior Planner Ryan Kuchenig gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Mike Wells <br /> <br />The applicants for each property gave remarks. <br /> <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 731 Edgewood Road a Redwood City <br />Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract); <br />2. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 839 Blandford Boulevard a Redwood <br />City Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract); <br />3. Adopt a resolution of the City Council approving and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for 1018-1020 Main <br />Street; and <br />4. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 979 Arlington Road a Redwood City
