Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance approving the Fourth Amendment to <br />the Development Agreement between the City of Redwood City and 1548 Maple, LLC; <br />and <br />2. By motion, approve, and authorize the City Engineer to execute, the Second <br />Amendment to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City and 1548 Maple, LLC. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Project consistent with Previous Plan EIR <br /> <br />Motion and second, Gee and Chu to: <br />1.
