STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br /> 10.A. Compensation adjustment for the City Attorney, and amendments to the City <br />Attorney's Employment Agreement and the City's Classification and Wage and Salary <br />Plan to update the salary range to incorporate the compensation adjustment for the <br />City Attorney Reso 16379 <br /> <br />Human Resources Director Michelle Katsuyoshi gave the presentation and Mayor <br />Martínez Saballos shared the Ad Hoc Committee’s recommendations. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />At 11:00 p.m., motion and second, Gee and Howard to extend the meeting to 11:15 <br />p.m., passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution awarding a bonus of $15,000 for exceptional performance, approving <br />and authorizing the Mayor to execute the seventh amendment to the Employment <br />Agreement for the City Attorney to provide for adjustment to salary, and amending the <br />City's Classification and Wage and Salary Plan to update the salary range to incorporate <br />the salary adjustment for the City Attorney. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Martínez Saballos and Eakin to adopt a resolution awarding a <br />bonus of $15,000 for exceptional performance, approving and authorizing the Mayor <br />to execute the seventh amendment to the Employment Agreement for the City <br />Attorney to provide for adjustment to salary, and amending the City's Classification <br />and Wage and Salary Plan to update the salary range to incorporate the salary <br />adjustment for the City Attorney.
