Property purchase and temporary construction easements related to the State Route <br />84 (Woodside Road) / U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project at 1485 Veterans <br />Boulevard using grant funds (304) Reso 16381 <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Property Purchase Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City, as Buyer, and Todd L. and Judy A. Freeman and Jeff A. and Loretta V. <br />Kreager, as Sellers, for the purchase of a fee parcel and a temporary construction <br />easement over real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 052-431-020 (1485 <br />Veterans Boulevard) in the amount of $37,500, plus any escrow and recording costs <br />incurred in the transaction. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 8.D. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with County of San Mateo for the Bay Road <br />Complete Streets Rehabilitation Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with County of San Mateo to share the local match funds plus 10% <br />contingency equally and implement the design and construction phases of the Bay Road <br />Complete Streets Rehabilitation Project with the City’s share capped at $274,573 plus <br />the shared contingency. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 8.E. Final acceptance of the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 8 & 9 Improvements Project <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station 8 & 9 Improvements Project and <br />authorize the release of performance bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined <br />in CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a <br />direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />Furthermore, the project was previously determined to be categorically exempt per <br />Section 15302 (Class 2 (c), Replacement or Reconstruction) in that involved the <br />replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving
