REV: 02-06-26 MI <br />•Schedule updates <br />•Quality control review <br />Task 6 - Ad-Hoc Consulting Services <br />Following the completion of the initial sewer rate study, the Consultant shall update the <br />model by City request. Updates will include revision of expense, revenue, and/or reserve <br />projections for the City’s planning and budgeting purposes. Consultant will share results <br />with the City per City instruction. This task will cover any subsequent model updates for <br />the period that rates are set via the Proposition 218 notice. Updates to the model <br />occurring after the period for which rates are set during this rate study are outside the <br />scope of this Agreement. <br />If work is requested by City staff that is not included in this Agreement, prior to the start <br />of any work under this task, Consultant shall develop a draft scope of work and total <br />estimated hours. Consultant shall obtain approval from City staff of the additional scope <br />of work and cost before proceeding. <br />II. PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall be compensated monthly on a time-and-materials basis per the rate <br />schedule below. <br />Position Hourly Rate <br />Project Director $350 <br />Project Manager $285 <br />Lead Analyst $250 <br />Project Analyst $200 <br />Admin $135 <br />Consultant shall include monthly invoice information as described in Section 6 of this <br />Agreement. Below are the estimated hours and not-to-exceed costs by task. No out- <br />of-scope work shall be undertaken without written approval from the Public Works <br />Director or their designee.
