8. There are so many food trucks and sidewalk vendors that it is diminishing normal business. <br />The solution cannot just be to help these vendors get a license to operate. There has to be a <br />way to compel them to clean after themselves. Repair any damage they make such as <br />destroying the cement on the sidewalk beyond the ability to clean it.
