POLICY NO: WBP2025845 02 BP990102 0522 THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. BUSINESSOWNER ENHANCED PLATINUM ENDORSEMENT This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: BUSINESSOWNERS COVERAGE FORM BP 00 03 I. SECTION I — PROPERTY IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: A. The following Additional Coverages are added to Section I — Property: 1. We will pay up to $250,000 in any one occurrence as a Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance under the coverages described in A.1.a. through A.1.d. below. You may apportion this Limit of Insurance among these coverages as you choose, subject to any stated terms, conditions or sub -limits. This Limit of Insurance is in addition to and in excess of any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided elsewhere by this policy for these coverages, unless specifically stated otherwise in this endorsement. a. Accounts Receivable Within the Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance, we will pay amounts due under the Accounts Receivable Coverage Extension Paragraph A.6.f.. b. Debris Removal (1) Within the Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance, we will pay amounts due under the Debris Removal Additional Coverage Paragraph A.5.a.. (2) We will pay your expenses to remove windblown debris of property not covered from the described premises. The most we will pay for loss or damage under this extension b.(2) is $2,500. c. Personal Property of Others Within the Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance, we will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to personal property of others that is in your care, custody or control. d. Valuable Papers and Records Within the Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance, we will pay amounts due under the Valuable Papers and Records Coverage Extension Paragraph A.6.e.(3). 2. Appurtenant Structures The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: a. You may extend the insurance that applies to Buildings to apply to appurtenant structures at the described premises. The most we will pay in any one occurrence for direct physical loss or physical damage is $25,000 at each described premises. b. You may extend the insurance that applies to Business Personal Property to apply to Business Personal Property in appurtenant structures at the described premises. The most we will pay in any one occurrence for direct physical loss or physical damage is $5,000 at each described premises. c.
