(3) Garages; or <br />(4) Pump houses. <br />which have not been specifically described in the Declarations. <br />d. Payments made under this Additional Coverage are in addition to the applicable Limits of <br />Insurance. <br />3. Arson Reward <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />If covered loss or damage is caused by arson, we will pay up to $15,000 to reimburse you for rewards <br />you pay for information leading to convictions for that act of arson. <br />The most we will pay under this policy for this Additional Coverage is $15,000. <br />No deductible applies to this Additional Coverage. <br />4. Brands and Labels <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />a. If branded or labeled merchandise that is Covered Property is damaged by a Covered Cause of <br />Loss, we may take all or any part of the property at an agreed or appraised value. If so, you will: <br />(1) Stamp the word "salvage" on the merchandise or its containers, if the stamp will not <br />physically damage the merchandise; or <br />(2) Remove the brands or labels, if doing so will not physically damage the merchandise. You <br />must relabel the merchandise or its containers to comply with the law. <br />b. We will pay reasonable costs you incur to perform the activity described in Paragraphs a.(1) or <br />a.(2) above. But the total we pay for these costs and the value of the damaged property will not <br />exceed the applicable Limit of Insurance on such property. <br />5. Business Income from Dependent Properties <br />Section I. A. 5. m. (1) of Business Income From Dependent Properties is deleted and replaced by the <br />following: <br />We will pay for the actual loss of Business Income you sustain due to physical loss or damage at the <br />premises of a dependent property caused by or resulting from any Covered Cause of Loss. <br />However, this Additional Coverage does not apply when the only loss to dependent property is loss or <br />damage to "electronic data", including destruction or corruption of "electronic data". If the dependent <br />property sustains loss or damage to "electronic data" and other property, coverage under this <br />Additional Coverage will not continue once the other property is repaired, rebuilt or replaced. <br />The most we will pay under this Additional Coverage is $250,000 unless a higher Limit of Insurance is <br />indicated in the Declarations. <br />6. Civil Authority <br />Section I. A. 5. i. (1) of Civil Authority is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />(1) Sixty consecutive days after the date of that action; or <br />7. Claim Expenses <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />In the event of covered loss or damage, we will pay up to $10,000 in any one occurrence as a Limit of <br />Insurance to cover reasonable expenses incurred by you at our specific request to assist us in: <br />a. The investigation of a claim or suit; or <br />b. The determination of the amount of loss, such as taking inventory, or auditing business records. <br />8. Computer Fraud And Funds Transfer Fraud <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />a. We will pay for loss of "money", "securities" and 'other property" arising out of the use of any <br />"computer" to fraudulently cause a transfer of that property from inside the described premises or <br />a bank or savings institution: <br />Page 2 of 24 Includes Copyrighted Material of the Insurance Services Office, Inc.
