(c) Nuclear Hazard; <br />(d) War And Military Action; and <br />(d) Water. <br />(2) The following exclusions are added as respects this Additional Coverage: <br />We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from: <br />(a) The disconnection of any refrigerating, cooling or humidity control apparatus or <br />equipment from the source of power. <br />(b) The deactivation of electrical power caused by the manipulation of any switch or other <br />device used to control the flow of electrical power or current. <br />(c) The inability of an electrical utility company or other power source to provide sufficient <br />power due to: <br />i. Lack of fuel; or <br />ii. Order of the government. <br />(d) The inability of a power source at the described premises to provide sufficient power due <br />to lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet demand. <br />(e) Breaking of any glass that is a permanent part of any refrigerating, cooling or humidity <br />control apparatus or equipment. <br />e. Deductible <br />We will not pay for loss or damage in any one occurrence until the amount of loss or damage <br />exceeds $250, unless a different deductible is stated in the policy for Spoilage Coverage. We will <br />then pay the amount of loss or damage in excess of that Deductible, up to the applicable Limit of <br />Insurance. <br />f. Additional Definitions <br />The following is added to Paragraph H. Property Definitions: <br />"Perishable stock" means property that: <br />(1) Must be maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation; and <br />(2) Is susceptible to direct physical loss or damage if the controlled conditions change. <br />g. Limit for Spoilage <br />The most we will pay for loss or damage in any one occurrence under this Additional Coverage is <br />$50,000. <br />35. Theft Damage to Building <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />a. When a Limit of insurance is shown in the Declarations for Business Personal Property at the <br />described premises, you may extend that insurance to apply to direct physical loss or damage <br />caused by or resulting from theft or attempted theft at the described premises, including personal <br />property that is used to maintain or service the building. <br />b. We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from fire or explosion under this <br />Additional Coverage. <br />c. This Additional Coverage applies only to premises where you are a tenant and are responsible <br />under the lease for physical loss of or damage to the building you lease, rent, or occupy. <br />36. Water Back -Up and Sump Overflow <br />The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: <br />a. We will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to Covered Property caused by or resulting from: <br />(1) Water or waterborne material that backs up, overflows or is otherwise discharged from a <br />sewer or drain; or <br />Page 16 of 24 Includes Copyrighted Material of the Insurance Services Office, Inc.
