PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />During the term of the Agreement, Consultant will report on the Performance Measures <br />identified in Table 1 below. <br />The City and Consultant may create or update the goals and target dates for any <br />Performance Measure throughout the term of the Agreement by mutual agreement.
