REV: 03-02-26 VR [Additional] TASK 5 – 60% DESIGN SUBMITTAL Tasks and deliverables as described in the original agreement. The Consultant shall include the YMCA portion of work as described in Figure 1 and Table 1. [Additional] TASK 6 – 90% DESIGN SUBMITTAL Tasks and deliverables as described in the original agreement. [Additional] TASK 7 – 100% FINAL DESIGN SUBMITTAL Tasks and deliverables as described in the original agreement. The Consultant shall include the YMCA portion of work as described in Figure 1 and Table 1. ASSUMPTIONS 1. The City has stated that the Regional Stormwater Capture Project is currently on hold and the Consultant will not need to coordinate with that project during design development. 2. It is assumed that the final scope of work will not impact the existing Hetch Hetchy pipelines or the existing concrete storm channel; hence, no geotechnical or special encroachment permits will be necessary. 3. Scope does not include structural design. 4. Title reports do not need to be obtained along the park site. 5. The sewer line near the Memorial Building/Senior Center was not relocated during building construction. 6. The Consultant shall inform the City Engineer or their designee when trees within the park site are impacted. Trees must be protected from damage and it will be up to the City to determine any required tree mitigation measures, as applicable. Arborist surveys and design of tree mitigation measures are not included. 7. Public outreach or other coordination with City departments other than Engineering and Transportation department staff is not required. SCHEDULE The work under this Scope of Services adds approximately 6 weeks to the original proposed project schedule. The revised project scheduled is included in Attachment A, and the key milestones are outlined below. Description Estimated Schedule 60% PS&E July 2026 90% PS&E September 2026 100% PS&E November 2026 Construction February 2027 – September 2027 FEE The Consultant shall perform the Scope of Services as described in this Exhibit “A” for a not-to- exceed amount of Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($76,713). The total contract amount is not-to-exceed Six Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Dollars ($694,940). The table below summarizes the original and revised contract amounts.
