REV:03-05-26 LF Task 2 Respond to calls for unscheduled work (“Extra Work”) from the City in a timely manner relative to the scale/urgency of the Extra Work. Extra Work is unscheduled work. The Contractor will provide any of the services listed above at the request of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee on a time and material basis. Fees: City will pay Contractor on a per task basis per the fee schedule below. Task 1 will be performed once annually at each facility at a total annual fixed cost of $17,856.03 during the term of this Agreement. Annual services performed under Task 1 will be invoiced by facility. Contractor must provide the facility inspection report with each invoice to demonstrate completion. Invoices will be billed with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. Task 2 will be performed on an as-needed basis at an hourly rate with a percentage mark- up applied to materials costs for a total amount not to exceed $63,287.94. Invoices will be billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation.
