REV: 03-06-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />Program Objectives, Scope of Services & Quantitative Goals <br />Program Year 2025/2026 <br />Subrecipient Information <br />Subrecipient Name:Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center <br />Address: 3009 Middlefield Road <br />City, State, ZIP: Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Project Name: Creating Economic Opportunity for Low-Income <br />Women and Men <br />Program Objectives <br />Project will address Redwood City’s Consolidated Plan 2023-2027 <br />priorities and goals as follows: <br />Priority: Support Economic Development Opportunities - Provide support for <br />programs and activities that create and preserve job opportunities, as well as <br />reduce barriers to job opportunities for lower <br />income Redwood City residents. <br />Goal 7 - Economic Development: Support entrepreneurship programs and <br />businesses, targeting businesses owned by minority populations. <br />Scope of Services <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center will provide local entrepreneurship training <br />programs for lower-income Redwood City residents, promoting self-employment, <br />the creation of sustainable new businesses and jobs, and lasting economic <br />development. <br />Project Activities: <br />The project will serve 50 Redwood City persons with customized small business <br />training, one-on-one consulting, and access to capital, resources, entrepreneur <br />marketplaces, and networks to assist them in starting and growing their own <br />sustainable microenterprises <br />Primary Quantitative Goals: <br />Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center will serve 50 Redwood City persons <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
