REV: 2-24-26 LR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />OVERVIEW <br />Consultant shall provide garage management services to the City. Garage Management <br />& Operations will consist of providing full-service supervision, revenue collection, and <br />custodial maintenance for the City’s Marshall Garage (750 Marshall Street) and Jefferson <br />Garage (850 Jefferson Avenue) to ensure these facilities remain convenient, orderly, <br />clean, and functional for public use. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR GARAGE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS <br />Consultant shall provide full-service supervision, revenue collection, and custodial <br />maintenance for the City’s Marshall Garage (750 Marshall Street) and Jefferson Garage <br />(850 Jefferson Avenue), hereinafter “Garages”, to ensure these facilities remain <br />convenient, orderly, clean, and functional for public use. Payment for these services shall <br />be made to Consultant pursuant to the Agreement will be the full and complete <br />compensation to which Consultant is entitled within thirty (30) days of invoice date or <br />written notice of any errors on the invoice shall be provided within thirty (30) days of <br />invoice date. The full scope of services for Garage Management & Operations is provided <br />in this section below. <br />Scope of Services (Garage Management & Operations) <br />Consultant’s General Duties <br />1) Keep the Garages open for public parking during such days and hours as may <br />be specified in writing by the City Engineer or their designee. <br />2) Provide and maintain established standards of public health, cleanliness, and <br />safety established by the City Engineer or their designee. <br />3) Regulate and supervise the parking of motor vehicles in the Garages in such <br />manner as will facilitate the orderly, efficient, fast and convenient parking of such <br />vehicles and prevent obstruction of traffic on adjoining streets. <br />4) Treat all members of the general public with courtesy. <br />5) Charge and collect, on behalf of City, all hourly, daily, and monthly parking fees <br />and parking validation fees, as the City may prescribe, for the parking of motor <br />vehicles in the Garages by any person whatsoever, including officers and <br />employees of the City, the County of San Mateo, State of California, the United <br />States Government, any public agency or district, and any private firm or <br />corporation. <br />6) Account for and remit, on a monthly basis, all hourly, daily, and monthly parking <br />fees and parking validation fees collected to the City Revenue Services <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.049/ACE Parking Inc.
