The Property is being conveyed for the purpose of facilitating affordable housing <br />development consistent with that certain Affordable Housing Land Donation Agreement, <br />dated as of [Insert Date] (the "Land Donation Agreement"), the purpose of which is to <br />implement that certain Affordable Housing Plan approved by City Council Resolution No. <br />("Affordable Housing Plan") to satisfy the requirements of the Affordable <br />Housing Ordinance, set forth in Article 29 of the Redwood City Zoning Code, as such may <br />be amended (the "Ordinance"). Reference to the Land Donation Agreement, other than <br />what is included in Exhibit G (Affordability Housing Restrictive Covenant) to the Land <br />Donation Agreement, is not intended to create any encumbrance on title, nor to impose any <br />condition, covenant, or restriction on the conveyance of title effected by this Grant Deed <br />2.
