REV: 03-02-26 VR <br />TOTAL PROJECT COST <br />The total not-to-exceed cost for Part A (Elevator Modernization) is Thirty-Nine Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($39,750.00). The total not-to-exceed cost for Part B <br />(Garage Repair) is Fifty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($58,840.00). The <br />total not-to-exceed amount for all services under this Agreement is Ninety-Eight <br />Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Dollars ($98,590.00). The total project Not-To-Exceed <br />Fee Schedule is presented in Table 2 below. Consultant will be paid for hours worked <br />based on the hourly rates provided below in accordance with Section 6 (Compensation) <br />of the Agreement. <br />Table 2. Concrete probing, drilling, <br />coring, planter dirt removal, and concrete laboratory testing if required shall be performed <br />by third party.
