Caltrans Roles. Caltrans, as owner operator of the facility proposed for modification, is <br />responsible for Construction Management and Construction for the Project. <br />2. Other Agreements. A Cooperative Agreement must be executed between Caltrans, City <br />of Redwood City, and the TA that lists the terms and conditions, roles and responsibilities and <br />fee payment associated with Construction Management and Construction of the Project. The <br />City of Redwood City requested the TA be listed as a co-sponsor on the Cooperative <br />Agreement to allow Caltrans to directly submit reimbursement requests to the TA to minimize <br />potential cash flow concerns for the City. Through the execution of this Supplemental <br />Agreement, the TA and City agree to be listed as co-sponsors for the purposes of the <br />Cooperative Agreement. <br />SECTION G: Time of Performance <br />1. Time of Performance. The Scope of Work must be completed no later than the end of <br />2nd quarter, Fiscal Year 2030-2031 (December 31, 2030). Note the TA's fiscal year runs July 1 <br />through June 30.
