REV: 03-31-26 LF <br />Extra Work (including service calls): <br />Contractor shall provide any repairs, overhauls, or replacements of fire and <br />intrusion alarm system components. Prior to performing any repairs, overhauls or <br />replacements, Contractor shall submit to City a detailed description of the work <br />determined to be necessary, together with a cost estimate for such work and parts; <br />and obtain written approval from the Public Works Facility Maintenance Supervisor <br />prior to commencement of work. <br />FEE <br />City shall pay Contractor based on the fee schedule outlined below an amount, not-to- <br />exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000) for the services described above. <br />Invoices must be billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation.
