NVF:TLC:CLS <br />9/8/2025 <br />SECTION 8 . TERMINATION. <br />A. CITY or REDWOOD CITY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT, <br />without cause, by giving not less than seven (7) days' written notice of termination . <br />B. CITY's Chief of Police is authorized to terminate this AGREEMENT on behalf of <br />CITY. <br />C . REDWOOD CITY's Chief of Police or City Manager is authorized to terminate this <br />AGREEMENT on behalf of REDWOOD CITY. <br />SECTION 9 .
