REV: 04-07-24 LF <br />Optional Services will be provided at the election of the City’s Housing Leadership Manager, <br />in their sole discretion, subject to review and approval of the respective third-party terms of <br />service by the City’s IT Director and City Attorney. Fees for optional services will be billed <br />depending on the type of service, in advance or monthly, as applicable. <br />4. Total Fees — Not to Exceed <br />The total not to exceed fees for the initial term (Year 1) including implementation shall not exceed <br />$25,500 which includes fees for the annual software subscription and additional services, plus any <br />optional services requested by the City as set forth in Section 4 above.
