Payment Terms <br />Fixed Fees will be billed by the Provider annually in advance. <br />Other fees will be billed monthly by the Provider <br />Payment due within forty-five (45) days of invoice. <br />Implementation milestones are not tied to separate payment triggers — all implementation services <br />are included in the annual software subscription fee. <br />3.
