Because this item is on the consent calendar, this section indicates <br />assessment process, not findings. The anticipated impact of this policy, program, or action has been <br />assessed in the following ways: Data reviewed was disaggregated by age, census tract, gender, <br />immigration status, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, or other demographic. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Grove Foundation grant agreement provides for a total grant of $180,000 beginning in FY2025-26. <br />The Sand Hill Foundation agreement provides for a total grant of $75,000 across FY2025-26 and FY2026- <br />27. <br />The Sunlight Giving grant agreement provides for a total grant of $240,000 over three fiscal years: <br />$75,000 in FY 2025-26 <br />$80,000 in FY 2026-27 <br />$85,000 in FY 2027-28 <br />The total grant commitment of $495,000 will offset program related expenses and support equitable <br />access to critical safety net services and community programs for families and individuals in need. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council could choose not to approve the agreements and not accept funding From Sunlight <br />Giving, Sand Hill Foundation, and/or The Grove Foundation for the FOCC I&R Program and community <br />programs. <br />7.D. - Page 3 of 11 <br />163
