Most finance/purchasing departments we have worked with are aware of this <br />purchasing vehicle and the advantages of using it to purchase needed items. <br /> <br />Purchasing the Kenwood radios under the terms of the NASPO contract allows you to procure all JVC <br />Kenwood and Kenwood Viking (EF Johnson) radios, software, and accessories at a pre-negotiated <br />discount (30% on JVC Kenwood products and 20% on Kenwood Viking products). It allows you to <br />purchase from your local, trusted provider if they are named on the contract. Metro Mobile <br />Communication is named on this contract. It also allows you to purchase under the terms of the <br />agreement without having to go through a time-consuming public purchasing process. <br /> <br />We incur significant staffing and training costs to make sure we are up to the task of providing the level of <br />support needed by public safety agencies like Redwood City Police Department. Supplying Kenwood <br />radios at the NASPO discount level provides a competitive price to you and allows us to earn enough to <br />continue to invest in good people and to properly equip them to provide a professional level of product <br />support. <br /> <br />Metro Mobile is the only land mobile radio and JVC Kenwood dealer located in San Mateo County.
