Funding <br />for subsequent years shall be appropriated from the same fund accordingly. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is permitted under Redwood City’s Aquatic Pesticide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit. Redwood City received an NOA (Notice of Applicability) for the revised Aquatic <br />Pesticide Application Plan (APAP) from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Maintenance <br />of existing facilities activity is categorically exempt per CEQA Guidelines section 15301 (Class 1.
