Page 1 of 4 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />DATE: April 13, 2026 <br />SUBJECT <br />Approval of Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Services with InfoSend, Inc. for eBusiness services, <br />data processing, and print and mail services for utility billing <br />SUMMARY <br />Staff recommends approval of Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Services with InfoSend, Inc. to <br />extend the current contract for an additional six months to ensure uninterrupted utility billing services. <br />The extension is necessary due to delays in the implementation of the City’s new electronic bill <br />presentment and payment system, InvoiceCloud. The proposed amendment adds a not-to-exceed <br />amount of $10,000, increasing the total contract amount to $790,000, and extends the agreement <br />through October 27, 2026. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for <br />Services with InfoSend, Inc. extending the agreement for a period of six months for the not-to-exceed <br />amount of $10,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $790,000 from April 28, 2016 to October <br />27, 2026. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 27, 2016, the City Council approved a three-year agreement with InfoSend, Inc. to provide <br />eBusiness services, data processing, and print and mail services for the City’s utility billing function. <br />7.J. - Page 1 of 12 <br />330
