7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 7.D. Grants from the Grove Foundation, Sand Hill Foundation, and <br /> Sunlight Giving will provide a total of $495,000 over Fiscal Years <br /> 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28 to support the Information and <br /> Referral Program and other community programs at the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute <br />the agreement between The Grove Foundation and City of Redwood City <br />accepting a grant of $180,000 beginning in FY2025-26 to support the I&R <br />Program and community programs at FOCC; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute <br />the agreement between Sand Hill Foundation and City of Redwood City <br />accepting a total grant of $75,000 to support the I&R Program and community <br />programs at FOCC during FY2025-26 and FY2026-27; and <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute <br />the agreement between Sunlight Giving and City of Redwood City for a total <br />grant commitment of $240,000 over three years (FY 2025-26, FY 2026-27, FY <br />2027-28) in the amount of $75,000 for FY2025-26, $80,000 for FY2026-27, and <br />$85,000 in FY2027-28 to support the I&R Program and community programs at <br />FOCC.
