Agreement for Services with Golden State <br /> Emergency Vehicle Service, Inc. for emergency <br /> vehicle repair services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of the support <br />services, competitive bidding is not likely to serve the best <br />interests of the City or to result in the lowest price, and <br />approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a five - <br />year Agreement for Services with Golden State Emergency <br />Vehicle Service, Inc. for emergency vehicle repair services in <br />an amount not to exceed $250,000 through 2031 (requires 5 <br />affirmative votes).
