Agreement for Services with Solitude Lake Management, LLC <br />for lagoon management and environmental <br /> consulting services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute a two-year Agreement for Services with Solitude <br />Lake Management, LLC for lagoon management and <br />environmental consulting services in an amount not to <br />exceed $290,000, including City Manager authority to extend <br />the agreement for three additional one-year terms in an <br />amount not to exceed $145,000 per extension, for a total <br />contract amount not to exceed $725,000.
