Public health efforts should strengthen local capacity to educate the community, <br />monitor health impacts, and implement policies or infrastructure improvements that <br />promote safe, healthy environments. <br /> <br />➢ PPA 2: Purpose <br />To enhance a jurisdiction’s ability to implement education, prevention, <br />environmental health, and behavioral health strategies that safeguard community <br />wellbeing.
